Breakfast was lovely. Staff were great. Room was lovely with a great view of the mountains.
A lot of stairs with no lift as it is such a historic building.

A wonderful charm and feeling of old world luxury. I could sit in the lounge sipping champagne and looking at the glorious mountain views forever. The hotel is so comfortable, spotlessly clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
There are no negatives. This hotel is well worth the stay. Easy parking, attentive staff, very comfortable beds, great food and entertainment.
The staff where very helpful and friendly. Great rooms, very spacious and clean. Awesome views. Great meals and the restaurant service was lovely.

Lovely hotel with lots of character. Great location. Very clean. Dinner in restaurant was superb food delicious but a bit pricey to eat there more than once. If you can afford it the food is fabulous. Young wait staff were delightful and very professional Room very comfortable A lovely gentleman carried our bags to our room much appreciated. We would definately recommend and return to this hotel.
The worst pillows. i got a poor night sleep due to a sore neck from pillows being too high and too firm. Cant sink your head into the pillow. Ended up using a folded towel from bathroom to sleep on to relieve my neck. Despite plenty of pillows in room no options for a lower softer pillow. Need to provide some pillow options. If lack of comfortable pillow didnt occur would have been a perfect stay....Read more
